Mr. Shigley will serve as President of the State Bar of Georgia from June 2011 to June 2012. He is a board member of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice, former chair of the Southeastern Motor Carrier Liability Institute, and a board certified civil trial attorney of the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

 

His book on Georgia Personal Injury Practice is slated for publication by West in 2010.
