I have practiced law since 1977. I am "a lawyer who does what he says he will do." My practice emphasizes helping people who are injured through no fault of their own throughout Middle Tennessee. I do not represent insurance companies of big companies that may be responsible for causing the injuries. My approach in each case is personal. Only I and my long-term assistant, Heather, work on each case. I limit the number of cases that I take so I can give my clients the personal attention they deserve. My approach to each case is action oriented by identifying and solving problems. Preparation is the key to success and thus I always to be completely prepared at every juncture of each case. Mediators know that I am prepared and let the other side know that I am ready. My motto is "there are no dumb questions except the one you do not ask." We return all of our phone calls even if it means telling our clients there are no updates, or news concerning their case. All personal injury cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. That is if there is no recovery there is no fee. All initial consultations are always free. Likewise, if there is no recovery, my clients pay no expenses. I am a straight shooter and strive to really listen to my clients. Honesty is always the best policy. Truth will prevail.
