Senior Vice President
Donna Jones, Senior Vice President, joined the management team at Advocate Capital, Inc., in 2008 having previously held two legal administrator positions with large regional law firms. Additionally, she brought to Advocate Capital 14 years of personal injury litigation experience as a trial paralegal, providing a unique perspective into the civil trial practice that is the basis for most Advocate Capital, Inc., customers.
Her responsibilities include education and training of ACI staff regarding civil litigation and coaching new clients on the fundamentals of Advocate’s online services as well as its proprietary software application, AdvoTrac®. Ms. Jones handles a number of other functions including management of client relationships and supervision of annual quality assurance reviews.
Ms. Jones attended Austin Peay State University and graduated with honors from Southeastern Paralegal Institute. She is a former member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
