Kelly O'Leary serves as the Director of Finance and Administration of Advocate Capital, Inc. Ms. O'Leary joined the team in 2007 and manages the accounting, human resources and financial reporting functions of the company. She is also responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with licensing, registration and insurance requirements.

Prior to working for Advocate Capital, Inc., Ms. O'Leary consulted with several start- up companies providing operational, accounting, and administrative guidance. She has also held financial management positions in various healthcare and professional service organizations in Ohio and Tennessee.

Ms. O'Leary received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron in Akron, OH and her Master of Business Administration, Accounting Concentration from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional, and a member of the TN State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
