Strategic Finance for Law Firms

Mr. Myers has been President of Advocate Capital, Inc. and a member of its Credit Committee since 2003.  Prior to that, he served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Myers’ responsibilities include the general oversight of all daily activity at Advocate.  He also manages the Company’s treasury and accounting functions, manages the credit underwriting and compliance operations, oversees the on-site field exams of the Company’s client law firms and frequently travels to meet with clients throughout the United States.

Previously, Mr. Myers held several top-level management positions in banking and finance. Notably, he spent 11 years with Bank of America where his last position was Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Corporate and Investment Banking.

Mr. Myers has a BA in Economics and Religion from the University of the South, Sewanee, TN.
