Certain Restrictions Apply

 

1) The law firm being referred must not already be an active applicant with Advocate Capital, Inc.

 

2) The referring party must have a existing relationship with them law firm being referred.

 

3) If asked, the referring party must be willing to make an introduction to the law firm being referred by phone or email.

 

4)Referral bonuses are only paid for new Case Expense Funding or Working Capital clients added, not Settlement Funding clients.
