The attorneys we work with fight hard to get the best possible results for their clients. However, obstacles like tort reform, mandatory arbitration and preemption often stand in the way of their clients getting the justice and compensation they deserve.
Public Justice, a law firm dedicated to the public interest, created the Illuminating Injustice Award to raise awareness for these types of unfortunate situations and recognize injured victims who received little to no compensation due to the obstacles mentioned above with additional monetary relief.
Nominations for the 2020 Illuminating Injustice Award are now open. If you would like to nominate someone for the award, click here. The award will be presented at the Public Justice Annual Gala & Awards Dinner in Washington D.C. this July. The winner of the 2020 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award will also be announced at the event.
