With just a few weeks left in 2016, Advocate Capital, Inc. is turning its focus to the year ahead. Though our company has experienced tremendous growth in the last 12 months, we are hoping that 2017 brings about even more success for our team, as well as for our clients.
Earlier this month, Advocate Capital employees set out to make this dream, a reality. Members from all departments met for a two-day long meeting to discuss new roles, strategies and initiatives to incorporate in the New Year. The meeting also shed light on current procedures, how they impact clients, and what can be done to better align those procedures to our mission of helping an ever-increasing number of plaintiff lawyers get even better results for their clients.
The first day of meetings ended with a holiday dinner at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in downtown Nashville. At the event, employees and their families enjoyed a wonderful three-course meal paired with music. The next day of meetings also concluded with food and fun with a catered lunch from “Little Donkey.” As employees dined on tacos and chips and salsa, managers from each department provided trivia questions dressed as characters from movies like “Forest Gump,” “The Princess Bride,” and “Gone with the Wind”.
Winners of the trivia received a gold trophy engraved with the name of the film they knew best. Congratulations to Ashley Harrison, Rachel Markin, Buffy Escue, Lynn Malone, Sarah Hazelwood and Todd Jackson! View photos in our Facebook and Google+ albums.
Advocate Capital is looking forward to the year to come, and the changes that will come along with it. Our team is hopeful that our meetings this month will help us make our products and services even more beneficial to clients and improve our overall success as a company.
