Here at Advocate Capital, Inc., we believe in five core values: Professionalism, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Service. There is no greater example of Continuous Improvement than our propriety software, AdvoTrac®. AdvoTrac® is our system that tracks interest on a case-by-case basis. We listen to our clients and employees about ways we can improve AdvoTrac®.
Here are the Fall 2017 AdvoTrac® improvements:
Online Fundings – Clients may elect to use the new optional funding upload template that appears after the radio button “Upload cases (Excel)” has been selected.
Customizable Memo Picklist - A memo picklist is available on the funding request page. Clients may enter and save custom values for each funding request.
If a client elects to use the optional memo field when funding a case, the memo will appear on the payoff quote and case balance reports going forward.
Case Balances Screen – Previously, clients could select the “include closed cases” checkbox on the case balance screen, but these cases were not included in the export. Closed cases, if selected, are now visible on screen and included in Excel and PDF exports.
Reports – An invoice summary by date range report is now available, allowing clients to view their historical invoice information in a summarized PDF or Excel file format.
Security – Client web portal administrators may increase their account security settings by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA enhances security on an account by sending a six-digit code that must be entered every time a user logs into AdvoTrac®. The client web portal administrator can enable 2FA on a user-by-user basis.
Training – We have created new video tutorials and step by step PDF instructions for the following functions within the web portal:
How to Process Funding Requests Online
How to Process an Information-Only Payoff Quote
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
We also revised existing tutorials and PDF instructions for the following functions within the web portal:
How to Make a Partial Principal Pay Down
How to Pay Off a Case Online.
You can find these tutorials on the “Help” tab under “Training.”
We want to hear from you! If you have ideas for additional improvements, contact the Accounting department at [email protected] or 615.577.5448 to share your suggestions.
