It can get confusing when it comes to picking the structure for your chatbot.
Tom Martin of The Lawyerist has provided 5 overlooked, yet helpful steps when it comes to building a chatbot for your law firm.
- What is the purpose of your chatbot? Are you trying to generate leads? Gather information on what you would like to achieve with this bot in order to gain the most success.
- Find out where you want your chatbot placed. Decide what social media platform you would like to place your chatbot. Find out which drives the most traffic and where your audience would most likely travel too.
- What tools will you use to build this chatbot? Is this going to be a free or paid service? Find out if coding or integrations will be involved.
Although a chatbot can’t guarantee results, there are still many tasks a chatbot can automate in order to relay information to potential clients. These steps will put you in the right direction!
