Marketing is always changing, and digital marketing is changing especially rapidly. Below are a few SEO tactics that used to very successful, but, according to Attorney at Work, are quickly losing value.
- Consistency in Online Citations
Google used to rank businesses higher with a higher number and more consistent online citations. These citations can be on sites such as Google My Business, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook, etc. While it is always good to have as many of these as possible with correct information so that clients and potential clients can find you and your contact information easily, it is no longer as influential for SEO.
- Blogging is Changing
Blogging used to be a way for websites to constantly be putting out more new content to boost SEO. Content is still important, but now there is a stronger focus on quality, relevant material that will be helpful and interesting to your audience than just putting out blogs everyday for the sake of blogging.
As a plaintiff’s attorney, your time and resources valuable, so be sure that you are investing in marketing strategies that will boost your business and help your firm.
