Technology has become even more important as people continue to work remotely. Staying productive and using programs to keep your firm’s information safe is an added layer to keep your business moving. According to Joan Feldman’s Attorneyatwork.com article, here are some technology tips to help you and your firm working remotely.
Electronic Signatures.
Using electronic signatures is a great way to sign documents for your firm safely. Before deciding on which electronic signature program to use do research on which is the safest. Also, be sure that a program your firm doesn’t already use offers that option.
Management Systems.
Look into programs that can help you and your staff stay connected on a project. There are many different programs out there and doing your research will help you decide what is best for you and your firm. Finding a program other than emailing or calling can prevent a project falling behind. Consider looking into a program that will allow you to assign tasks to employees and one that you can chat with each other.
