Sleep deprivation is a serious issue when it comes to the work force. Between working late hours, meeting deadlines, and having an all-around busy schedule, there can be significant consequences if you don’t get those 7-9 hours of sleep every day.
Attorney Mark Bello with The Legal Examiner recognizes how important sleep is to the public health. He says sleep is a major factor in helping you excel in your career, education, parenting, and many more important aspects of life.

Attorney Bello has several suggestions for ways to combat fatigue, including refraining from watching television, reading or keeping lights on when going to bed. He also suggests exercising regularly and establishing regular eating times.
