All lawyers are schooled in writing the perfect brief but when it comes to social media, most could use a few extra lessons. The Rainmaker Blog posted a great “how to” article on creating the perfect social media post.
They pinpoint important things to remember when posting to each different site. One recommendation they have is to keep things positive. They believe that this is helpful when trying to engage your users and get them to comment on your posts.
Another important tip they mentioned is to be available. “Post when your audience is listening not just when your business is open.” The article even has a table that shows the best and worst times to post to each social media platform.
There is a great table in the article that highlights important components to each social media post. Sites like Google+, Twitter, Facebook are highlighted and each have different tips to help get your post in front of the most viewers.
Remember, just like the perfect brief helps you to win cases, a perfect post can help grab the attention of a potential client.
