Associate Spotlight: Jordan Cissell

The Advocate Capital, Inc. Associate Spotlight Award recognizes team members who personify Advocate and Pinnacle’s Core Values: Integrity, Fairness, Learning, Partnership, Results, Balance, and Discipline. Our 2024 Q-4 winner is Jordan Cissell!

Jordan joined our Advocate Capital family as an Office Assistant on November 26, 2018. He excelled in this role.

On February 18, 2019, he joined the Accounting Team as an Accounting Assistant, taking on the Accounts Payable role. He did an outstanding job making certain Advocate Capital and our vendors were well cared for. 

On December 1, 2020, he was promoted to Accounting Specialist, where he added to his Accounts Payable duties by learning the processing role in AdvoTrac®.

Jordan enjoyed working in AdvoTrac® and with our internal and external clients so much that on August 1, 2022, when a full-time processing role opened up, he was promoted to Senior Accounting Specialist and moved from Accounts Payable to a full-time AdvoTrac® processer.

Jordan is a valuable part of the Processing team and has become a go-to contact for internal and external clients. He demonstrates the core values in the utmost professional way.  He strives to ensure accuracy in his work every day.

Accounting and Advocate Capital are so proud to have Jordan on our team.

About Donna A. Jones

Donna Jones is the President at Advocate Capital, which became a part of Pinnacle in 2019. Ms. Jones is a member of the Board of Directors of Advocate Capital and serves as a member of the Credit Committee. Her responsibilities include education and training of Advocate Capital staff regarding civil litigation, coaching new clients on the fundamentals of Advocate’s online services, as well as its proprietary software application, AdvoTrac®, and all activities related to existing and prospective clients.
