Elle Drouncheck serves as an Executive Client Manager at Advocate Capital. She joined Advocate Capital in 2025 as a Director – Strategic Solutions.

Before joining Advocate Capital, Mrs. Drouncheck built her sales career in legal tech solutions, selling software to large law firms. In a previous life, she was in management at a large ski resort in Colorado.

Mrs. Drouncheck’s goal is forming relationships with her law firm clients, while helping them reach their financial and professional goals.

In her free time, she manages a household of two young children, and a circus of pets.
