Associate Spotlight: Kelly Bubis

Advocate Capital’s Associate Spotlight Award recognizes team members who personify Pinnacle Financial Partners’ Core Values:  Integrity, Fairness, Learning, Partnership Results, Balance, and Discipline.  This distinction has been awarded to Kelly Bubis.

Since joining Advocate Capital in May 2012, Kelly has proven herself to be a high-performing member of our Solutions Team, delivering more than $22 million in top-line growth to the business.  Additionally, Kelly’s third-quarter-to-date performance is outpacing her peers and is approaching $2 million in funding production.

As if this were not enough, as a Senior Director on the Strategic Solutions Team, Kelly takes the time to coach and mentor her fellow teammates, positively impacting their results, thereby helping even more contingent firms than ever.

About Jeff Glueck

Jeff Glueck serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Advocate Capital. Mr. Glueck joined the firm in March of 2014 and leads all of Advocate’s revenue producing teams including Executive Client Management, Strategic Solutions, AdvoCap Insurance Agency, and Marketing divisions.  His responsibilities include overall growth of outstandings, profitability, and overall client satisfaction and retention.  In so doing, he works with plaintiff law firms across the United States and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
