Associate Spotlight: Nikole Kaihani

The Advocate Capital Associate Spotlight Award congratulates team members who personify Advocate and Pinnacle’s Core Values: Integrity, Fairness, Learning, Partnership, Results, Balance, and Discipline. This distinction has been awarded to Nikole Kaihani.

Nikole is Advocate Capital’s Associate Director of Quality Assurance. She always has a positive attitude and takes any unexpected changes in stride.

Nikole did an excellent job helping with some special projects recently, including assisting in planning our annual company meeting and offsite management meeting.

We would like to congratulate Nikole and thank her for everything she does for our team!

Todd Jackson is Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Advocate Capital.  Mr. Jackson joined the company in 2004 and has been a member of its credit committee since 2019.  His role at Advocate covers all areas of the underwriting process.
