Associate Spotlight: Sarah Jones

Advocate Capital’s Associate Spotlight Award recognizes team members who personify Pinnacle’s Core Values: Integrity, Fairness, Learning, Partnership, Results, Balance, and Discipline. This distinction has been awarded to Sarah Jones.

Sarah joined the Advocate Capital, Inc. team as an Executive Client Manager in September 2023. Previously, she spent seven years as a legal assistant in various areas of law throughout multiple states. She received her bachelor’s degree in communication from Missouri State University.

Sarah’s dedication and drive motivate her to go the extra mile. Recently, she stepped up and volunteered to help run meetings and work with other Executive Client Managers while managing a portfolio of clients. She often receives praise from clients for her professionalism & efficient communication. Sarah also volunteers with other Advocate Capital Associates at community service events and works on our Continuous Improvement Committee, sharing her knowledge with all associates.

About Donna A. Jones

Donna Jones is the President at Advocate Capital, which became a part of Pinnacle in 2019. Ms. Jones is a member of the Board of Directors of Advocate Capital and serves as a member of the Credit Committee. Her responsibilities include education and training of Advocate Capital staff regarding civil litigation, coaching new clients on the fundamentals of Advocate’s online services, as well as its proprietary software application, AdvoTrac®, and all activities related to existing and prospective clients.
