Attorney Randall Strauss Celebrates Three Decades of Championing Justice for Clients

Congratulations to our friend and client Randall Strauss of Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli & Brewer, PC, on 30 years of advocating for justice on behalf of his clients!

Randall got his start in 1988 as a clerk for Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli & Brewer, PC. Randall quickly grew to love the work and received his Juris Doctorate from UC Berkley's Boalt School of Law. After graduation, he began practicing at his father's firm in Modesto.  He championed his first client out of law school and ended up receiving a 2.4-million-dollar judgment on the case.  In 2007 Randall went back to work for Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli & Brewer, PC as an associate, and in three years, he became a partner.

In 2020,  Randall and his team received a nomination for the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Consumer Attorneys of California for a 5 million dollar settlement award for six female whistleblower victims. To read more about the case, click here.

Randall continues to advocate on behalf of his clients and loves what he does. He says this in explaining how many of his clients become friends; "people reveal a lot about themselves when they're going through tough times. It's important and satisfying to develop relationships."

2021 will be a big year for Randall as he is taking over more of Steven J. Brewer's managing partner responsibilities and will be supervising all business operations for the firm.
