College Colors Day at Advocate Capital

One of the fun ways to celebrate summer coming to an end and fall approaching is College Colors Day, a nationwide celebration of college pride and school spirit that takes place each year on the Friday before Labor Day.

Our parent company, Pinnacle Financial Partners encourages our team members to join in on the fun by wearing their favorite college team clothing and colors to work. With plenty of schools represented, the day was a great opportunity to show off some team pride and celebrate the beginning of another college football season.

Sporting your favorite team's colors can be an fun way to connect with coworkers and spark conversations. You might discover a shared alma mater, a fellow fan, a friendly rival, or simply learn a little more about the people you work with outside of the usual day-to-day conversations.

We were happy to celebrate the start of college football season and the school spirit that comes along with it. College Colors Day is a fun reminder that sometimes a little team spirit can bring people together.
