McLachlan Law, APC Responds to a Call For Justice and is Awarded a $3.6M Verdict.

Advocate Capital Inc. congratulates Michael D. McLachlan and his team at McLachlan Law, APC, after five years of litigation and a life-changing $3.6 Million judgment for their client, who suffered a fractured knee cap. 

It involved a slip and fall on June 24, 2017,  leading to a premises liability jury trial in the California State Superior Court.  The defendant denied the plaintiff’s initial settlement offer of $185K in 2018, leading to a large jury verdict the outstanding result of $3.6M.  Great job, Mike, for your tenacity and conviction while fighting for your client’s rights!

The defendants have not publicly commented on the case.  This legal battle is a reminder that victims of negligence have avenues to seek justice. It emphasizes the necessity for property owners to adhere to safety standards and for those who feel wronged to have the courage to take legal action.
