Michelle Rigsby Celebrates 10 Years with Advocate Capital, Inc.

Michelle Rigsby started with Advocate Capital in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Analyst.  She was promoted to the Executive Client Manager role in 2016 and then became Director of Client Management Services in 2020.

Michelle brought an amazing combination of experience in corporate banking and paralegal skills to Advocate Capital which has allowed her to excel at the highest levels with our account portfolio and development of our account management team.

She serves frequently on our internal committees and is often a volunteer for our Advocate Cares community initiatives.

About Donna A. Jones

Donna Jones is the President at Advocate Capital, which became a part of Pinnacle in 2019. Ms. Jones is a member of the Board of Directors of Advocate Capital and serves as a member of the Credit Committee. Her responsibilities include education and training of Advocate Capital staff regarding civil litigation, coaching new clients on the fundamentals of Advocate’s online services, as well as its proprietary software application, AdvoTrac®, and all activities related to existing and prospective clients.
