Public Justice Case Spotlight: Protecting Consumers in Debt Collection Cases

Debt collection lawsuits can have serious consequences for individuals and families, especially when consumers are unaware they've been sued or don't have legal representation. In Wright v. This decision helps promote fairness in a system where many consumers navigate debt collection cases without legal representation.
