Celebrating Women of Influence: Advocate Capital Associates Attend Empowering Watch Party

Pinnacle Financial Partners' National Capitol Region (NCR) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council hosted their 2nd Annual Women of Influence panel on March 21, 2024, in honor of Women's History Month.

A group of Advocate Capital and Pinnacle Financial Partners associates gathered at our Nashville headquarters to watch the panel virtually together. 

The panel provided a platform for insightful conversations and amplified the voices of women leaders in financial services. Carolyne Pelton, Regional President, led the discussion with Financial Advisors Trang Nguyen-Do and Masha Loughlin, along with Credit Advisor Guncha Sakhatova, in a conversation about their journeys of personal and professional growth as women and immigrants. 

The panelists discussed their experiences and accomplishments, including what it's like to be a woman in the historically male-dominated finance industry. They also discussed the broader topic of resiliency and how it is important to learn and grow from the challenges we face in life. 

The panelists' stories were inspiring, and they showed resiliency in every step of their journeys. 

Associates who attended the Women of Influence watch party in Nashville enjoyed learning from the panelists' stories and discussing the panel with colleagues afterward.   

Events like these serve as reminders of the remarkable strides women have made and the continued journey toward equality. We look forward to hosting more Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion conversations and watch parties in the future.
