Ailyn Carmona is a dynamic Director of Strategic Solutions at Advocate Capital. She manages our Florida territory. With over 18 years of business development and strategic expertise across numerous sectors—including engineering, private equity, and legal—she has held director-level roles driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. She is purpose-driven and passionate about her role with Advocate Capital, empowering law firms to deliver justice.
Ailyn attended Florida International University, majoring in Public Relations. She is bilingual—of Cuban American descent—and resides in South Florida with her son. She serves as a board member for the Clean Rivers Foundation and maintains an active voice on LinkedIn. In her free time, she enjoys nature, boating, fine dining, live music, and exploring diverse cultures fueled by her insatiable wanderlust—always advocating for finding beauty in everyday life.
