Who doesn’t love a good loaf of banana bread to enjoy as dessert, a snack, or even breakfast?

From our kitchen to yours:
Banana Bread by Carmen Minyard
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 smashed bananas
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 Tbsp of baking soda
- Combine cream and bread mixture into bread baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes
