Have you ever heard a member of our team mention the “memo field”?
AdvoTrac® not only tracks your case expense, but our proprietary software can also categorize those expenses for you. Most of our clients track their expenses using case management software or Quickbooks. In these systems, they will enter what the expense is for: “Expert Witness,” “Deposition,” or “Filing Fee,” for example.
Our clients can upload those cases to us and can simply include this field in their spreadsheet. Otherwise, they enter the category in the “memo field” when entering the expense in AdvoTrac®.
The memo field will be listed when the client receives their Funding Detail report.
