You will want to find ways to track your performance and overall goals for your firm. You can use an Excel spreadsheet or a program to track your firm's marketing and other areas you want to grow. Find a system that works best for you and your team. Be open to regularly evaluating your tracking system-this can be monthly or quarterly. Either way, be sure you set time on your calendar for you and your team to discuss where you are successful and where you can improve.
Ensure that you and your team have the tools you need to be effective and efficient. Have at least one system you and your team can use to collaborate on projects. The system you use can vary depending on your firm's needs, but you'll want another option besides email. Meet frequently and keep the line of communication open as much as possible.
