2020 has been a wild ride for most companies large and small.
Our entire staff has been largely working from home since early March due to the pandemic out of an abundance of caution.
For many of our staff members, home offices were a new adjustment and adventure, and for our leadership team, presented us with opportunities to creatively engage with our employees.
One of the ways we accomplish this is through our monthly employee appreciation events. Last Friday, we hosted Spooky Bingo and invited our employees to dress up in Halloween costumes, enjoy individual lunches on the company, and play interactive bingo.
Yours truly spun the bingo wheel (my costume was my weekend attire from the pastures of the sanctuary farm my wife and I own) and as you can see from the photos, just about all of our staff joined in the fun with very creative costumes.
Bingo winners received gift cards as did staff members donning the most creative and impressive Halloween costumes. It was a blast!
Our employees are our greatest asset. 2020 has been challenging on everyone and we believe it is more important than ever to demonstrate our commitment to them through engagement and fun.
We hope you will consider similar ways to engage your employees too!
