Are you considering branching out into a new practice area, but you are not sure how to get the word out while still maintaining your current brand? In a recent article by FindLaw, they give a few tips on protecting your brand during an expansion.
FindLaw states that instead of just stating that you are now accepting medical malpractice cases or another type of case, explain to your potential clients why you are equipped to take on their case. Consider focusing your marketing strategy on what your potential clients are going through and why you are the right attorney to help them.
According to FindLaw, “The fact that you’re branching out into a new legal area should unfold over time and in layers. To effectively expand your firm’s brand, you need to be strategic and communicate with prospective clients using multiple channels.” They explain that it is most effective to communicate your message over a variety of different platforms so you can reach multiple different audiences.
