Meeting the needs of your clients is always important. During this time it can be difficult to know how to help your clients when you can’t meet in person.
According to LawyerMarketing.com, here are some ways you can help your clients even if you can’t meet in person.
Keep your clients updated on your plan for your firm.
Update your clients periodically about how you and your team are working during this time and how you plan to reopen when the time comes. This can mean informing your clients you are working from home or if there will be any delays on certain cases. You can also let your clients know when you will begin having in-person meetings and what safety precautions you will be taking when you begin to do so. Keeping your clients informed helps them know how you can take care of them during this time.
Technology is your friend.
If you haven't already, give video conferencing a try. Video conferencing is your best friend to stay connected to clients. There are many options you can use to connect with your clients. Zoom, Skype, and FaceTime are just some of the options to be able to meet with clients face-to-face virtually.
