Advocate Capital Inc.’s Advocate Cares partnered up with The Injury Board for their annual IB Day of Action.
This year’s focus was helping those who have suffered catastrophic injuries and who need items to help in their day to day life.
Advocate Cares decided to get involved this year by donating items to Operation Stand Down Tennessee. We donated items such as smart light bulbs, smart plugs, and Echo Dots.
We decided to donate these items to Operation Stand Down Tennessee because of the work they do to help Veterans in the Middle Tennessee area. This nonprofit works to help veterans’ transition from life after the military including helping with housing, life skills, and job opportunities.
When we donated the items, we took a tour of their facility and learned more about the services they offer veterans. We also learned that they are working on building an apartment complex for veterans to live in as they transition into civilian life.
We are so grateful that we could team up with the Injury Board again this year to volunteer. The Injury Board is an association of experienced attorneys who are determined to help anyone needing legal assistance because of a personal injury or other civil litigation matters.
