Leading your law firm efficiently while working remotely is important. Being an effective leader as you work remotely is important to obtain justice for your clients.
According to Mark Beese’s Attorneyatwork.com article, here is a list of ways to improve your firm’s effectiveness.
Create meeting environments where your team is comfortable to be themselves. Find ways to break the ice at the beginning of a meeting with a short game or small talk. Remember not all team meetings are going to be the same and they won’t always be the same length.
Keeping people positive and productive during the pandemic can be difficult. Remind your team about the importance of the work they are doing for your clients and the community. Try to have regular one-on-one meetings with employees to check on how they are doing professionally and personally. Each employee might need something different from you as their boss. This might change from week to week as well. Keep that in mind and find new ways to help your employees.
