We are happy to tell you about a couple new enhancements that have been made to AdvoTrac®.
All Advocate Capital, Inc. clients now receive a monthly summary email of their recent line of credit activity. This is a quick and easy way for clients to stay on top of their account without having to log in. Clients, please be on the lookout for this email around the 15th of every month.
If you are one of our clients, have you ever been in the middle of an online transaction only to have yourself kicked out of the system by our security timer? At the request of several clients, AdvoTrac® now provides a pop-up warning after 45 minutes of system inactivity. A timer will then be displayed showing the remaining minutes of inactivity before being automatically logged out of the system. If you’re ready to log out, simply click the log out button. If you are in the middle of processing a transaction, simply click the continue button and the timer will automatically reset, giving you the time needed to complete the transaction.
