You’ve finished your spreadsheet. It looks great with the perfect chart! You print it. One column of data is printing on a second page. UGH! You want it all on one page!
You can fix this with just a few clicks. Go to Page Layout from the Excel menu at the top. From here, click on the arrow in the bottom right corner.
Click on the tab labeled Page. Under the “Scaling” section, click the radio button next to “Fit to:” If you want your data to print on a single page, enter 1 page(s) wide by 1 page(s) tall.
That’s it! Now your data will automatically adjust to your letter sized paper.
Note: You can specify any number of pages with this feature. Be careful about forcing a lot of data to a single page. It may come out so tight that you can’t read it!
