Advocate Capital, Inc. friends and clients Boyd, Kenter, Thomas & Parrish LLC (“BKTP Law”) recently announced the relocation and expansion of their law firm from Kansas City to the Central Professional Building in Independence, MO. Due to the firm’s recent growth, additional office space was needed to meet the expanding staff’s needs. “This new location allows for growth and will better serve clients in the Kansas City metro area,” said Brianne Thomas, Managing Partner of BKTP Law. “Plus, our convenient and central location provides our clients with easy access to legal assistance.”
The firm has expanded in its more than 30-year history from original founders, John Boyd and Jerry Kenter, to include partner J.R. Boyd in 2003, and partners Brianne Thomas and Mark Parrish in 2013. BKTP Law is not only a full service labor law firm, but is expanding their civil litigation practice. All the attorneys focus on personal injury and workers compensation, with Thomas and Parrish heading the firm’s civil litigation practice, including wrongful death, personal injury and products liability. Parrish also handles railroad crossing collision/injury cases locally, regionally and nationally.
Recently in 2014, Dana Apple joined the firm. Devoted to the rights of workers, Dana has practiced labor and employment law since 1989 and her expertise allows BKTP to offer a full range of legal services to meet clients’ legal needs.
Congratulations to the team at BKTP! Advocate Capital, Inc. is proud to support the important work done by the trial lawyers everywhere to insure access to the courthouse(s) for all citizens and the pursuit of justice.
