Using social media as a marketing tool is the best way for people to know about your law firm. If you are unfamiliar with social media or posting as a business, it can be intimidating. According to LexBlog, there are nine social media musts for marketing your law firm. Here are just three of their recommended social media musts for your firm:
1. Define your audience.
Know who your clients are and what social media they are using. By knowing what social media, they are using you will have a better chance to then target potential clients as well. Facebook is one social media site almost everyone uses and you can use sponsored posts as a way to reach potential clients.
2. Social Media Platforms.
Once you have decided on which platforms your audience is using narrow it down to at least two social media websites. Starting with at least two social media websites will help your firm figure out what is and isn’t working with how you post.
3. Posting.
Using your firm’s page to post regularly is important. Another important part of posting is to post content your audience cares about. Not everything your firm page posts should be specifically about your firm. Try posting pictures, videos, or blogs on topics your clients care about. Posting content that is not constantly highlighting your firm is a way to create a connection with your clients but also it helps create a brand for the type of firm you are.
