More and more people are using their mobile devices as their primary way of searching on the internet; this includes when they are searching for an attorney. This trend makes it especially important for your website and your website’s “call to action” to be optimized for mobile. Karin Conroy of the Lawyerists shares a few ways your website can have an effective mobile call to action.
The key to having a mobile website that motivates users to contact you is to make it as easy and convenient as possible for them to do so. One way you can do this is to implement a “click to call” button that is clearly visible on your websites home page so when users decide they want to hire you they can easily press on your phone number to call your office.
Another way to adjust your website for mobile is to simplify your contact form. The form should be sized properly for a mobile screen and have an appropriate number of fields.
Conroy also suggests using concise, active language on your mobile website. Creating button and links that have phrases like “call us”, “send us an email,” or “book a consultation” allows users to easily contact you right from their phone and know exactly what will happen when they click on that button or link.
